COGSWELL, 224, STRAND, LONDON' (rubbed), engraved band and platinum plugs to breech, scroll engraving to rib-end and top-tang, engraved sunbursts behind the fences, border and scroll engraved bar-action locks signed 'B. COGSWELL', scroll engraved hammers, chequered walnut half-stock with engraved iron furniture and possible replacement horn-tipped mahogany ramrod
